Hi, I am trying to save a footer message regarding account details for my customers. But, I keep being denied permission to edit my own invoice templat

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. Are you a Master admin or Company admin. If so, let's isolate this case by using a private browser/ incognito mode. Private browsing prevents cookies from being stored on your computer, making it a great place to identify browser issues. Use these keyboard shortcuts:

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl Shift N  
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: press Command Shift N

 

Once logged in, go back to your invoice templates and change the text from there. If it rectifies the problem, clear the browser's cache. Clearing the history or log of sites resolves most issues with the web pages.
