I have a solution to your missing data in QuickBooks, layasdad.

I'm here to help you find a way to get your six months of transactions to show up in QuickBooks Online (QBO). This way, your books stay accurate.

First, let's update your bank account to bring them in QuickBooks Online. I'll show you how.

  1. Go to Banking on the left panel.
  2. Select the blue tile for the account you’re working on
  3. Click on the Update button.

Also, you can check your uncategorized accounts. The missing transactions may be there. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Accounting menu and select the Chart of Accounts tab.
  2. Look for the Uncategorized Income or Uncategorized Expenses account.
  3. Select Run report.
  4. Look for your missing transaction on the report.

Once verified that the data is not there, I recommend manually importing it to your account. Log in to your bank or credit card websites and download a CSV file of your bank transactions. Once done, follow the steps below to upload them to QBO:

  1. Go to the Banking menu and select the blue tile for the account you want to upload the transactions into.
  2. Click the Link account dropdown and choose Upload from file.
  3. Hit Browse, then pick the file and tap Next
  4. Follow the onscreen steps to match the columns on the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks.
  5. Click Yes, then Let's go.

I'm just here if you have any additional questions about handling your downloaded transactions. I'm glad to help you again. Keep safe.
