Hi I can’t see my transactions on my iPhone any suggestions ?

Let's perform some steps to update the transactions, lou-surreyhillsr.

 

Using the mobile app for QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE), you can view from the Transactions menu. To guide you further, please follow the steps below:

  1. Select the menu ☰ icon and then Transactions (Android).  If you're on an iOS device, you can see the Transactions menu directly.
  2. From the lists of transactions, swipe left to the one you want to categorise. 

If you're still not seeing your transactions, you need to access your QBSE account via a web browser. Then, go back to the Bank Accounts page and click Refresh All. Wait for a couple of minutes for the update to complete the download.

 

Once done, go to Transactions from the left menu and categorise your entries.
