Welcome to the Community, @kevin194.

I'm here to help you to send your invoices smoothly.

To start, let's perform some troubleshooting steps to determine if this error is a browser-related issue. The initial step is to access your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account via incognito mode. This does not store cache files that may cause odd behaviors when running web-based programs. Below are the shortcut keys you can use:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

Then, send your email there. If this works, clear the cache of your regular browser to eliminate piled-up data. If the issue persists, you can use another supported browser or device. It might be that the current one you're using has a temporary issue with the program.

After performing the troubleshooting steps, if the error happens again, I recommend contacting the QBO Care Team to review the root cause of the error. Also, if they see that there are several users are experiencing the same issue, they can create an investigation to find a fix.

You might want to match due and invoice dates when you're using receipt payment terms. Feel free to read this article: Fix inconsistencies in due date and invoice date in QuickBooks Online.
