Hi, I have a missing transaction. A payt was paid to a credit card. it appears on the bank as a transfer to the c card, but it does not appear on the c card. Any ideas?

I'll make sure that you're able to find your missing transaction downloaded from your credit card account.

Once connect your online bank and credit card accounts, QuickBooks Online automatically downloads the latest transactions every night.

If you don’t see a transaction you expect to see, you can perform a manual update to download the latest available ones. Here's how:
 

1. Go to the Banking menu or Transactions menu.
2. Click the Banking tab.
3. Select Update.

Feel free to keep working during the update. When it's finished, check the Banking menu again. This should be present in the For review section.

If you're still unable to find it, open your account in a private window. Too much cache accumulated in your browser might be the reason why it isn't showing on the Banking page. Simply press the following shortcut keys to open this mode:

• Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
• Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox).
• Control + Option + P (Safari).

If the missing transaction shows up, delete the cache from your regular browser. You can also use another browser to isolate the issue and fix it. 

When you're done, you can now categorize it and put it in the correct account.
