Hi , I have an iphone on ios and I am trying to add expenses QB asking me to add an account but says i dont have permission.What settings do I need? It works on PC

Hey pdickinsonquickb,

 

We'd be grateful if you could clear the cache within the app by going to Menu > Help & Settings > Refresh Data and then close/re-open the app before entering the expense - please reply with a screenshot showing the exact error recieved if you continue to experience following this.

You will have to select an account that the expense was paid from.

Thank you.  There are no accounts listed and it will not let me add any  It says not authorised

Also the accounts are there on the PC account as I can add an expense to that.

 

The app will not then let me edit any pc added expenses as it says account needed
