Question

Hi. I have raised an invoice for £9289.80 + VAT. I now need to raise a credit note against this invoice for £8000, when I do so, it doesn't consider the CIS deduction?

Hello there, goldlineflooring.

I'd like to share some information on how Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) deduction works in QuickBooks Online.

The Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) deduction suffered created will not show  from the Credit note. With this, our QuickBooks Care Support are able to help you check on the transaction and create necessary adjustments to report CIS.
