Hi I have your package on my samsung phone and my samsung tablet. For some reason my phone app does not show the invoices I have sent my client's.

Hi there, @mickybx3-gmail-c. I'm here to ensure you'll be able to see the invoice you've sent to your clients through the QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app.

 

This may be a cache-related issue. To verify, let's clear your app's data. This process will help refresh the application and eliminates the issue that causes odd behaviors. Follow along below to get this done right away:

 

  1. Open the QBO app and select the menu icon.
  2. Next, choose Settings. 
  3. Then, click Refresh Data and select Yes.

 

You can also reset the app's data by going to the Settings of your mobile device. I'll guide you on how:

 

  1. Open your phone's settings and select Apps (varies by device).
  2. Next, choose the QuickBooks app and select Storage.
  3. Then, click Clear data.

 

On the other hand, you'll want to open your QBO account on a web browser and check the sent invoice from there.
