Hi - I'm new to QuickBooks and I'm trying to use the billable function to then charge on consumables to customers. I want to amend rates within the invoice but can't.

The percentage you mentioned is that a mark up percentage you have added to the expense/bill that you are passing on to the customer that you want to amend on the invoice? Or are you are looking to change the rate and amount on the line you have passed on to the invoice?

You can amend the line amount rate you can not amend the mark up though. If you delete a line it will unlink it
