Question

Hi in my outstanding invoice summary in the control centre, part paid invoices wrongly show the full balance outstanding. Does anyone know why?

Can I confirm if you are referring to the 'Invoices' widget on the Dashboard? This should only show the total outstanding amount remaining on the invoices.

Yes it is the 'Invoices' section in the IOS app, you click it and it lists all outstanding invoices.

It's possible that the amount of partial payment itself is incorrect. Open the invoice and look for the payment if the amount is correct. 

 

If the amount of the partial payment is correct, let's follow some troubleshooting steps to reset the app's data. 

 

For iOS, go to Menu ☰, then select Help & Feedback. Look for Refresh Data, and then tap Refresh.

 

Once done, re-open the app and log back in to your account. Then, check if the invoice's amount is already correct.
