Hi @niamosideas,

 

I'm here to take care of this query for you about import options in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

You have the option to import your bill transactions into your QBO company. Let me show you how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Import data.
  3. Click Bills.

On this page, you can view the Import guide for this process. You can also click on the Download an example link, so you can see up close the format you need to use to import these bills to your QBO company. 

 

When your file is ready, click Browse to locate the CSV file. Then click Next so you can proceed. 

 

Other options for importing files into QBO are on this page: QuickBooks Apps Store. It's a compilation of third-party apps you can sync to your QBO company. Some of which can assist you with importing Excel files.

You may utilize an importer tool to import Bill Payments and Purchase Cash data into your QBO account.
