Hi . My bank account is connected to QB as my balance is correct. But my transactions are not showing?

If I update my main account, my balance changes to match my bank, but there are no new transactions to review?

Hello Info-the-dram-co, thanks for posting on the Community page, having had a look in the system, I can see your bank account cashplus (UK) is not in any error, the was 3 transactions pulled in on the 22-04-2023 and then nothing has come through for this month. You can always try and disconnect the bank account make sure everything in the for review is categories first then disconnect and then reconnect the account back up selecting the date from when the last transaction came in so you don’t get duplicates and see if that then pulls though the transactions for you.
