"Hi my invoices are not opening when tried by my customers, I saw this was an issue last year as well. Has this been resolved? And can somebody help me with this?

I've found that there is an ongoing investigation about unable to view the invoice. Our engineering team is engaged and working hard to find a permanent resolution to this issue. Rest assured, we treat this investigation with priority.

 

I recommend contacting our Customer Support Team so that you'll be added to the list of the affected users and be able to receive notifications if there are updates about the issue.

 

Here's how:

  1. Select Assistant on the top right
  2. Type or say “Talk to a human.”
  3. Provide your query and then choose I still need a human.
