Hi, my invoices are not sending. I get the error message, “Invoice failed to deliver” I have tried sending to numerous email addresses that I know work.

It's my priority to help you send your invoices from QuickBooks Online (QBO), @euan-emfs-tech. Let me give updates about this error Invoice failed to deliver.

 

I know it wasn't ideal to get unexpected results while working on your transactions. I want you to know that this has been a priority of our engineering team, and they're currently working on a resolution as quickly as possible. While the investigation is still in progress, I recommend sending your invoices manually outside of QuickBooks.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Open your transaction, then click on Print or Preview.
  2. Tap on Download, then save the file.
  3. Attach the file to your email, then send it to your customer.
