Hi my receipt snap has not been syncing since yesterday,I can’t see any of my receipts?

Let me make it up to you by ensuring you can sync your receipt in QuickBooks Mobile App.

We can do a few troubleshooting steps to get your receipt synced on your Mobile app. Let's clear your app's data to help refresh applications and eliminates common issues. 

 

In the QuickBooks Online app:

 

Android 

 

  1. From the ⋮ button, select Settings.
  2. Select Refresh Data.
  3. Click Yes.

 

iOS

 

  1. Go to the Menu ☰ icon, then select Help & Feedback.
  2. Click Refresh Data.
  3. Select Refresh.

 

Then, go to your device Settings:

 

Android

 

  1. Go to the Settings menu.
  2. Select Apps (varies by device), then choose QuickBooks app from the list Storage.
  3. Select Clear data.

 

iOS

 

  1. From your device's Settings, select Setting General iPhone Storage.
  2. Choose an app that's taking up a lot of space.
  3. Click the Offload App.

 

 

If the issue persists, you may proceed to do the steps below:

 

  • Restart your phone and launch again the app.
  • Update your phone's operating system.
  • Uninstall/Reinstall the app.
