I can help you add the online receipt to QuickBooks, @j-reasygardening.

You can save the online receipt to your computer or mobile phone. Also if the file looks unsavable, you can use a Snipping Tool from computer accessories or take a screenshot if you're using a mobile device, then crop the photo.

The picture must a pdf, jpeg, jpeg, jpg, gif, or png file format. Also, make sure each image or file contains only one receipt.

Here's how you can upload receipts:

Upload receipts in the Expenses menu.

1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online (QBO).
2. From the left menu, select Expenses.
3. Select the Expense management tab.
4. Select Drag and drop files here or browse to upload. Note: Each image or file should only contain a single receipt or bill.

Upload receipts in the Transactions menu.

1. Go to the Banking menu or Transactions menu.
2. Select the Receipts tab.
3. Select Upload from computer or Forward from email. Note: Each image or file should only contain a single receipt or bill.

Upload receipts using the mobile app.

1. Open the QBO mobile app.
2. Open the app and tap the Menu ≡ icon.
3. Tap Receipt snap.
4. Tap the Receipt camera icon and snap a photo of your receipt.
5. Tap Use this photo, then Done.
