Yes, I can definitely help you view your monthly invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @Kay Kinvig.

 

We can run the Invoice List report to view your invoices ordered by date. This way, it would be easy for you to track the transactions that you've created during a certain period. Here's how you can find your monthly invoices:
 

  1. Go to Reports.
  2. Search Invoice List in the search bar. 
  3. Filter the dates and select Run report.

 

You can also customise this report to view the invoices you've made for a specific customer. In addition, you can memorise this report to save its customised settings.

Monthly subscription invoice from Quickbooks/Intuit?

 

From Dashboard, click COG symbol in top right.

>Accounts & Settings

>Billing & Subscription

>View Payment History

 

Why Intuit cannot email the invoice every month I do not know!

Perhaps they should try using Quickbooks Online for their accounting needs?!
