Hi, some of my shortcuts have disappeared, including my invoices?

Before anything else, can you tell us if it's missing on the left navigational bar? If so, know you'll want to ensure they're in your Bookmarks. This way, you can see and access the invoice option easily. We'll write down the steps to get you going:

 

  1. Next to Bookmarks, select the edit icon .
  2. Select which pages you want to appear under Bookmarks.
  3. To reorder your bookmarks, select the reorder icon and drag them to your desired order.
  4. Select Save.

 

However, if you're using the QuickBooks Online App, let's make sure the data version is up-to-date, this ensures the app has the latest fixes and patches in resolving common issues.

 

You may also clear the app's data to prevent any further issues due to too much cache accumulated. We can start by refreshing your mobile app and device settings. To begin, refer to these steps.

 

In the QuickBooks Online app:

 

  • Android: From More Options ⋮, select Settings and click Refresh Data. Then, choose Yes.
  • iOS: From the Menu ☰, click Help & Feedback and select Refresh Data. Then, click Refresh.

 

In your device Settings:

 

  • Android: From your phone's settings, select Apps choose the QuickBooks app from the list, and select Storage. Then tap Clear data.
  • iOS: From your phone's settings, select Settings, click on General, and choose iPhone Storage. Select an app that's taking up a lot of space. To free up the storage without deleting the documents and data for the app, select Offload App.

 

If the issue persists, you may consider uninstalling and reinstalling the app to start fresh.
