Hi, suddenly QuickBooks has stopped working, it says it can’t retrieve my data and won’t allow me access to any functions including creating new invoices

My QuickBooks has suddenly stopped allowing me access to any functions, it says that it’s unable to retrieve my data and won’t even let me create new invoices

Hello Benjamin, thanks for posting in the Community., We'd like o take a look into why you have lost access to your data we just need a liitle more detail. Can we check are you using QuickBooks Online? Are you the primary admin user? Are you not able to see data in the app or browser versions or both? Thanks.
