Hi there. I recently sent a customer an invoice and he has partially paid it. I have received the first bit and he has sent the second, but I haven't received it.

I sent my first invoice to a customer and he decided to partially pay it. That amount came through. A couple days later he paid the second amount, but it hasn't come through, this was a week ago.

Thanks for joining us here on the Community, just to confirm, is the second payment showing in your online bank, but not updating in the bank account connected to QuickBooks?
