Hi There in the invoice templates , there are only 3 custom fields available to add on, I wonder is there any way i can add on 1 more field on the top section of invoice

Hello @Xiaorui,

 

You can enable the import style feature to add more fields to your invoice. Let me walk you through the process.

 

  1. Go to Gear, then QuickBooks Labs.
  2. Turn on the Import Style section.
  3. Click Done.
  4. Go back to Gear, then Custom form styles.
  5. Click the New style drop-down and then choose Import Form Style.
  6. Select Invoice, then Next.
  7. Follow the steps that will guide you through the rest.
