Hi, using quickbooks online, is there a way to see what we have typed in the 'body' of the email when sending an invoice to a customer? as in a history of messages sent?

Hi mark50

 

You will have a default message which will appear every time you send an invoice and is located in the settings. If you have over written that message there is no audit trail to establish what message was written. You could copy yourself in to the invoices you send and you will be able to view the message. cog/gear icon in the top right hand corner of the screen > account and settings > sales > messages > email me a copy at....
