Hi we want to change the wording on our invoices. We dont like and nor do our customers like Tracking # we all use PO number and want to change it on the invoice?

It is not possible to change the wording of the default headers on the invoice template. To view the full customisation options available, please see here.

You can also add custom fields to your invoice, which gives you the flexibility to name the field and run detailed reports on each. This feature is available in QuickBooks Plus and Essentials, and can also be used on sales receipts, refund receipts, estimates, credit notes, and purchase orders.
