Hi, when I send an invoice via email to an existing customer the invoice marks itself as paid immediately. How do I stop this happening please?

Hello Sjpflooring-ne-g, Welcome to the Community! We'd like to look into how the mark as paid is coming about, as this should only happen if the invoice is manually marked as paid or it is being paid via a 3rd party integration such as Go Cardless which would not be immediate. Does this happen on all invoices or only for this customer? Do they pay manually to you and if you create a test invoice does the same thing happen? Thanks
