I'm here to help you fix this, mikesantdecorato.

I have some troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue of sending duplicate invoices to your customers. One possible cause of this could be a browser-related issue. The stored cache affects the performance of QuickBooks Online which can cause unexpected behavior.

First, we'll have to access your company data using a private window, this doesn't use the existing cache files, which makes it a good place to determine if there's an issue with the browser.

Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

  • Safari: Command + Shift + N
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + P

Then, after signing in, please send invoices again. If the issue is fixed, let's clear the browser's cache. This removes its stored cache to improve the program's performance.

If it doesn't work, I suggest using different browsers. They'll provide the best and most secure experience with QuickBooks. For more details, please check this article: System Requirements.

Aside from that, to learn more information about sending multiple invoices, I recommend checking this article: Email Invoices and Sales Forms.

Additionally, I've included an article that'll help you personalise your sales form. This guides you in choosing the details you'd like to add: Customise Sales Form.
