Hi, When I try to edit any of my invoices I get an error?

May I know the error message you're getting when editing any of them? In the meantime, we can perform basic troubleshooting to resolve it. First, let's try accessing your account through an incognito window to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue. You can refer to these shortcut keys to open an incognito window in all supported browsers:

  • Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
  • Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+P
  • Safari: Command+Shift+N

 

Log in to your account and edit an invoice. If it allows you to save the changes, I'd recommend clearing your browser's cache. This way, you can access QuickBooks with a clean slate. You can also use a different supported browser.

 

If you have invoices that recur on a regular schedule, you can create a recurring template to record them for you.
