Hi,when on the app on PC online my transactions to review are a small number (which is expected) however when i go to the android app its shows that there are 500+ transactions to review. why the dramatic change? help will be greatly appreciated

The mobile app is always in sync with QBSE on the web. Also, any task you do or information you add to the app shows up on the web, and vice versa. 

 

Let's perform some troubleshooting steps to sync your bank transactions in your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) account. To do this, we can Clear your app data to refresh your QBSE mobile app. Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to your phone Settings, then tap Apps and Notifications.
  2. Look for the QuickBooks Self-Employed app.
  3. Select Reset App Data.

 

Once done, close and reopen the mobile app and see how it works. If the same thing happens, let's uninstall and reinstall the app to start a clean slate:

 

  1. Tap Settings on your phone.
  2. Select Apps and Notifications, then locate the QBSE app.
  3. Hit Uninstall
