HiHow do I get the page required to start loading on my invoices

Hello, @info514.

 

I can guide you in viewing your list of invoices.

 

Here’s how:

  1. Go to the Sales menu.
  2. Choose the Invoices tab.
  3. From the invoice list, double-click on the invoice you want to view.

You can also use the Magnifying glass right beside the Gear Icon to search for a specific invoice.

 

If you’re having difficulty navigating within the invoice page, let’s perform the following troubleshooting steps. This is to isolate the issue for a possible browser-related.

  1. Access your QuickBooks Online account using an incognito or private browser. Use either of the following shortcut keys:
    • Google Chrome, press CTRL + Shift + N
    • Mozilla Firefox: press CTRL + Shift + P
    • Internet Explorer: Press CTRL + Shift + P
    • Safari: press Command + Shift + N
  2. If you’re able to view your invoice list, you may want to clear the cache of your regular web browsers.
  3. If the issue persists, you can use other web browsers.
  4. Also, to check any issues with your browser’s health and its compatibility with QuickBooks Online you can use the Browser Health Checkup Tool.
