HiI’ve had it a few times where the invoice payment has not matched with the invoice, I’ve shut the app down and restarted and refreshed transactions but still nothing?

This has also happened a few times when adding an expenses that it has duplicated and not matched the receipt snap

Hello Rose-electrical, thanks for getting in touch with the QuickBooks Community. We've included a helpful article on  matching transactions in QuickBooks. Essentially if the amount and customer match then sometimes it may not come up, if there are many invoices the same amount for that customer. You can use the find a match option by clicking on the line of the invoice and find a match in those cases. If it is the only amount for that customer open and it is not matching, do the other details match?
