HiIv snap the receipts, and its being saying its extracting information for last hour, and still not coming through?

I can help you with adding your receipts in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @sales288 

 

You can try to refresh to fix data issues with the mobile app. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. In your QuickBooks Online Mobile app, select the Gear icon. 
  2. Choose the Refresh Data menu.
  3. Tap Yes.

 

Once done, open your mobile app and try to check if your information has been extracted.

After adding your receipts, here's how you can review and categorise them into the correct accounts.
