Question

HiMy invoice template is different on the app (wrong) and the web (right) I want to raise invoices on the app. How do I get the templates in sync.Appreciate your help.

Hello user27300,

 

QuickBooks Online uses the default template in the mobile app. When opening the invoice on the web, it's possible that it has a different template.

 

Let's check the template used by following these steps:

  1. On the left panel, click Sales and select the Invoices tab.
  2. Find the invoice and click it to open.
  3. Click the Customize link located at the bottom.
  4. Choose the correct template, and then click Save and close.

Once done, compare it to the invoice template you have on the mobile app.
