HiMy invoices are not being marked as sent even though they are being sent in the app. This is the same on the web as well. Any reasobs

Hello Rashadakbar-yaho, 

 

Welcome to the Community page, 

 

It is most likely you have the automation payment turn on to turn this off if you follow these steps. If you click on the main cog wheel> account and settings> advanced> automations and if you toggle off the automatically apply bill payments > save> done this will stop the invoices being shown as paid when sent.
