How can I cancel a created invoice?

I can think of two things when canceling an invoice, zynptava.

 

If you've created an invoice without an email address, we can delete it by going to the Invoices tab. Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Invoices tab.
  2. Locate the invoice.
  3. Under the ACTION column, select Delete.

 

If you've emailed the invoice, we're unable to cancel it. If you've incorrectly sent an invoice, you can create a different one. Then, tell them to disregard the previous invoice. Afterward, you'll have to delete it.
