How can I change the email from which my estimates and invoices are sent from?

I have changed my company email address and need to change the email estimates are sent from

Hello Mike_Hatch, if the email has been changed in the company settings, it should then send it from  that email , can you please try clearing your cache and cookies to all, time, close the browser down, reload it and try again.
