How can I change the estimate template into a quote template? As Customers are more confidant with quotes

I'm here to help you with changing your Estimate template to a Quote template in Quickbooks Online. We can customise your estimate template. Let me show you how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Custom form styles.
  2. Click New style and select Estimate.
  3. Select the Content tab and click the Header section.
  4. Change the form name from Estimate to Quote.
  5. Make any necessary changes. Click Done.

You can also make it the default Estimate/Quote template by clicking the drop-down arrow under Action and selecting Make default.
