How can I drill into office expenses to see what's included?

Hello Kingsgateprovisi, 

 

Welcome to the Community page, 

 

So if this is an account you have created, if you go to 

 

accounting>chart of accounts> search for the account>then click the drop-down arrow next to account history> then click run report 

 

This will then show you all the information for that account on the report and you can also customise it as well.
