How can I get billable expenses NOT to appear on an invoice but still track them by customer? How can I see ALL the billable expenses for all my customers?

There is no way to visibly see all of the billable expenses by customer - there isn't a report which shows this information at the moment. You can request this by using the cog-wheel and Feedback option within the product.

To have an billable expense not appear on an invoice, you can still select the "customer" field on the expense, but not click billable. This will create a link; however you can only track expenses by the supplier, not by the customer you've selected.

You are able to achieve somewhat of the functionality you are looking for through the use of projects, if you have a plus account - as you can then setup a project for each customer, and view the expenses within that project.
