How can I raise a customer invoice credit when using QuickBooks via an android device? Appears to be no option to do so?

Hello there, car-air.

 

Currently, the feature for Credit memo is not yet available in QBO Mobile. Although, you can do it in a browser. Let me show you the steps below.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click on the + New icon, choose Credit Memo.
  2. Select the customer name.
  3. Enter the Amount as a positive number.
  4. Verify the details in the transaction.
  5. Click on Save and Close.
