How can i see if a client has viewed our estimate or invoice

Hello woodpeckertreeca,

 

Welcome to the Community - thank you for your question!

 

If your customers have clicked on the Review & Pay link within the emailed invoice, the status of the transaction will change to Viewed. You can check this by going to the customer's account and checking the Status column of the invoice/expense. If they have viewed it, you can also open the transaction and scroll down to see when this was.
