How can I send a invoice if the customer does not have an email address

Good day to you, neil-taylor,

 

I'm here to help send the invoice to your customer in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE).

 

QBSE requires an email address so you can send the invoice. In your case, you can email to yourself and print it. Then, hand it over to your customer.

 

To create an invoice:

  1. Select Invoices from the menu, then click Create invoice.
  2. Enter your client's name, address, and email address (your email).
  3. Decide when you want to be paid by and set the date in Due Date field.
  4. Select Add work to add the product you sold or service you performed.
  5. Select Flat rate or By hour from the drop-down menu, then enter the amount.
  6. When you're ready, select Add to invoice.
  7. Click Send invoice to email your invoice.
