Hello Community Users! We just wanted to add an update to this thread. You can now set up automatic reminders in the Quickbooks settings in the ⚙  to go out specific days before or after the due date. More information on how to set this up can be found here

Any questions at all on this feel free to reply, we'd be happy to help.

Hi @omar7,

As of the moment, there isn't an option to automatically sent reminders when your customer's invoices are on their due date.

But don't worry, I'll pass along your request to our product developers. This way, they'll know of your need for automatically sending invoice payment reminders.

In the meantime, you may utilize the automatically sending invoice payment reminders by integrating one of our third-party apps. You can look for an app through the QuickBooks Apps page.

And if you haven't yet, you can manually send the reminders through your QuickBooks. Let me show you how:

  1. Go to Sales.
  2. Select Invoices.
  3. Find your customer's invoice that you want to send a reminder.
  4. Under Receive payment, select Send reminder.
  5. Enter your message for your customer.
  6. Click Send.

In addition, here's an article you can read to learn more about sending an invoice payment reminder: Send Email Payment Reminders for your Invoices.

Lastly, I'll also be adding an article that'll help you handle your future tasks for your customers: Record a Customer Payment.

If there's anything else that I can help you with, please let me know in the comment section down below. I'll be always around ready to help.
