How do I access last year's info (incomes and outgoings)? It's only showing me form Jan this year

Can you tell us which part of QuickBooks you're looking at? Are you in the Online Banking page? We're asking these questions to make sure that we give you the right steps and information to sort this out.

Hello Vickydiamond1984, so you can either view it from banking or from the chart of accounts here are the steps for both ways. 

 

Banking > banking> select a bank account you wish to see> categorised> first drop down on dates- select all dates and then next drop down select all transactions and it should bring them all up for you to then see.

 

 Or

 

 You can go to accounting> chart of accounts>select the bank account you wish to look at by clicking account history> you can then click the filter icon and select the info you wish to see> apply.
