How do I apply a 20% discount to recurring invoices? If I put 20% in the discount box (i.e.. under product and services) it shows as 20 pence and not 20%.

You'll have to enter the discount as a whole number. Let me walk you through you how.

1. Go to Gear, then Recurring Transactions.
2. Edit the recurring invoice transaction.
3. Scroll down towards the Discount percent section, then enter the "20".
4. Click Save template.
