How do I calculate my millage into my expenses in does not show up on annual accounts ?

Tracking or entering your mileage allows you to account for the entire cost of owning and using your company vehicle, including fuel, maintenance, and registration costs. It helps you estimate the total cost of a job and bill your customers accordingly.

Tracking your miles doesn't automatically go to your actual expense accounts. You can use your track record in entering your expenses. You can also use your record should you need to reimburse employees' mileage and vehicle expenses.
