Thanks for coming by today, @tademaceramic.

I'll share the steps on how you can change the currency of your customer. Since you can't change the currency in their profile, you'll want to make the existing customer inactive. The previous transactions with the customer stay in QuickBooks. Then, add the customer again to assign a new type of currency.

Here's how to do it:

  1. Go to Sales, then select Customers.
  2. Find the customer you want to change the currency, then pick their name.
  3. Tap Edit, then take note of all their information.
  4. Click Make inactive, then Yes to confirm the request.

To create a new customer:

  1. Go to Sales, then select Customers.
  2. Tap New Customer, then fill out the fields using the info you took note of earlier.
  3. Hover towards the Payment and billing tab.
  4. Choose the currency from the This customer pays me with drop-down.
  5. Click Save.
