How do i change the viewing status`s of invoices and payments ? so invoices are at the top of the page and payments at the bottom ?

Welcome to the Community page, 

If you clicks on sales>invoices>on the status column you can click on the status arrow and this will move the lines around for you so you can have the invoices at the top and payments at the bottom for you.
