I can help you with creating a purchase order or an invoice, @pavloserghi-gmai.

If you’re trying to create a purchase order to tell your suppliers that you want to make a purchase, I can show you how. Just follow the steps below on how to activate this feature and how to create one.

To turn on the purchase order feature:

  1. Go to the Gear icon ⚙ and proceed to the Account and settings.
  2. Choose the Expenses tab.
  3. In the Purchase orders section, click the edit ✎ icon.
  4. Turn on the Use purchase orders option.
  5. Click on Save and then Done.

Once done, you can now create a purchase order:

  1. Go to the + New button and choose Purchase order.
  2. Provide all the necessary information.
  3. Click Save and close or Save and send once you’re done.

Refer to this article for more information about turning on the purchase order feature and creating one: Create and send purchase orders in QuickBooks Online. This will also guide you with updating it and adding it to a bill if your supplier accepts the purchase order.

If you're referring to an invoice, the one that you plan to get paid in the future for products and services you sell to your customers.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the + New button and select Invoice or Send invoice.
  2. Provide all the necessary information.
  3. You can click on Save and send or Save and close once you're done.

For detailed guidance about creating an invoice, see this article: Create invoices in QuickBooks Online. It will also guide you in reviewing all your open invoices.

Once you've received their payments, here's how to record them in the account: Record invoice payments in QuickBooks Online.
