How do I create invoices and send them off? I Can’t find it anywhere in the app

I'm here to help keep the process of creating and sending invoices easy and simple, jimmycailes9-gma.

 

If you're using QuickBooks Self-Employed app in an iPhone or iPad, you can follow the steps below:
 

  1. Click the Plus sign.
  2. Choose to Create invoice.
  3. Tap Add customer to select a customer and Add product or service. You can choose one of your frequently used items or create a new one.
  4. If you create a new product or service, give it a name. Select flat rate or hourly for services. Select quantity for a product. Then enter an amount. Select Add to add the product or service to your invoice.
  5. Enter the Invoice contact information and add the transaction details..
  6. When you're ready, select Email to send your invoice. You can also tap Preview to see what your client will receive.
