How do I customise the apearance of customer statements in QB online? I can do Invoices via custom forms

I’d be glad to offer my assistance in amending the appearance of your customer statements according to your preferences. Before we go into detail, may I know which part you are referring to?

The Standard template contains the Design, Content, and Emails. In the meantime, amending the layout or the entire statement is currently unavailable. This means you can personalize some of them while others are based on your statements.

They will evaluate these and pick some of them to include in future updates. This way, we can help you with your business needs. 

Here’s how:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Under the Profile column, click on Feedback.
3. Share your feedback. Then, click "Next."

You'll want to track your suggestion through this website. It includes the details on how you can send it to them.

You might also want to check your logos to ensure they appear larger in your statement. I’d also recommend visiting this link to customise common sales, purchase forms, and statements.

You can't.  You get what you get.  Full stop.

Statements in QBO are rubbish - you get three choices of type (bad, worse & worst) but no customisation.

If you know your way around spreadsheets / mail merge, you can download Open Invoice reports & stitch together your own statements.
