How do I deal with an unknown transaction?

Hello Tgreids-gmail-co, thanks for that, so if you click on transactions> banking> tick the box next to the date on the transaction you don’t want> a black bar will appear at the top of the page if you click on exclude > this will remove the transaction out of the for review for you> then if you defiantly don’t want this transaction if you click on the exclude section next to categorised> again tick the box next to the date on the transaction and then click delete this will then totally remove it out of QuickBooks for you.
